For this role you must be a **car owner driver** as part of your role will be carrying out property viewings on a regular basis.

Letting Negotiator Duties:

- Building relationships with landlord and applicants
- Fathering feedback and passing to landlords
- Responding to enquiries
- Carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating offers and generating paperwork there after
