Basic: £18,000 - 22,000pa depending on experience. With Target Earnings: £30,000 pa

Location: Burnham Buckinghamshire

As a result of the recent substantial house price increases in the area, it has become more difficult for many to get on the housing ladder. This has resulted in more people opting for rented accommodation which has led to a great opportunity for anyone looking enhance their career in the lettings industry in Burnham and surrounding areas

As you can imagine at a time like this the lettings market is fast paced and packed with opportunities to earn a great commission package for those hungry to succeed in a sales environment

You need to be able to meet and build relationships with different people every day, getting to know your customers and their needs and working with them in their search. For many of these customers you will become an integral part of one of their biggest choices they face, in finding them their new home, which is rewarding in itself In addition, you will also benefit from a great commission package on top of your basic salary every time you move someone into their new home

Lettings Negotiator Responsibilities:

- Managing property database, ensuring details are correct for properties on the market
- Registering potential tenants
- Identifying tenant needs and discussing suitable properties with them
- Arranging and accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing terms of the new tenancy
- Arranging and instigating reference procedures
- Assist with collating all necessary paperwork/documents to be compliant before tenant move in
- Liaise with landlords with weekly feedback on marketing, viewings and feedback
- Assist Lettings Manager with any marketing campaigns.
- Leaflet dropping, prospecting and canvassing
- Assist Property Manager with Property maintenance.
- Adhering to Company’s expectations on compliance and service levels

Lettings Negotiator Requirements:

- At least 1 Years experience in the industry
- Customer Service orientated
- Smart and well presented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT skills
- High energy levels and drive to exceed all expectations
- Willingness to go the extra mile
- Keen on growing with a growing company - Long Term Commitment
- Previous customer service experience is desired but not essential
- Clean Driving License
- Own Car

Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6,00pm and Saturdays (1 in 2): 10.00am - 4.00pm

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
