**Area of responsibility**
- Ensure all team always comply with the food and hygiene requirements.
- Ensure team always operate within the Company health and safety standards and that workstations are always kept clean and tidy.
- Report any hazards or machine problems immediately to your Section Leader or designate and support resolution as appropriate.

**Specific tasks**
- Delivery of the key performance targets for your designated area.
- Ensure all Technical standards are met within production area and support other areas as required.
- Train and coach team members to enable them to perform their work effectively, efficiently, and safely to required standards.

**Relevant experience**
- good English and numeracy skills
- good time management and an ability to deliver under pressure
- Leadership and Communication skills.
- An understanding of yields

**Salary**: £25,608.00 per year
