Events and Admin Assistant

**Your Mission/Overall Job Purpose**:
As an Events and Admin Assistant at Planit Scotland, your core mission is to meticulously support our event management activities while also providing crucial administrative support to our team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the flawless execution of events and maintain the smooth operation of our office. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in the success of our client events and the efficient functioning of our office operations.

**The job involves**:
**Event Coordination**:Support, plan and execute events, ensuring all details are managed effectively for a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
**Administrative Support**:Handle office administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping to ensure smooth operations.
**Client Interaction**:Act as a point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing enquiries to continue our client centric approach.
**Research Tasks**:Conduct thorough market research to support clients, providing insights into any changes within platforms we manage for them or upcoming trends these may include, Facebook, Instagram, or day to day tasks that they need within their business.
**Follow-Through**:Ensure completion of all tasks, paying attention to even the smallest details to exceed client expectations.
**Independence and Initiative**:Take ownership of tasks, make independent decisions, and proactively resolve issues.

**Team Collaboration**:Work closely with the team to contribute to overall project success.
**Travel**:Drivers licence required to support visiting clients as and when required.
**Time Management**: Review and accurately track work hours across tasks.
**Team Collaboration**:
Engage with team members for knowledge sharing and support.
Have regular meetings to discuss event plans and administrative needs.
