About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Sales & Events Coordinator to join our team at Lochardil House. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for bringing our clients' visions to life, orchestrating seamless events from conception to execution.

Your duties will include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly. Additionally, this role will require proactive sales activity to drive events business into the hotel, expanding our reach and building relationships with potential clients.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong background in event planning, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality. You should be creative, resourceful, and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential; as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
