Due to expansion in business, we have a vacancy in Pod-Trak for Plant Admin

You will need to be a highly organised administrator and able to deal with change. Previous experience in a rail administration / planning role would be advantageous. Duties will include:
Develop the weekly rosters

Maintain the risk 360’ with fatigue index

Check and approve internal timesheets, external timesheets and invoices.

Assist in sourcing and ordering civils plant from external suppliers

Enter details of plant request forms

Arrange hotel bookings.

Build and maintain relationships with Pod-Trak colleagues

The role is a full-time permanent position based in Irlam, Manchester

**Job Types**: Temp to perm, Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
