**Behaviour Specialist Learning Assistant**

**Role Overview**:

- Supporting students/students with learning & behavioural difficulties (ASD, ADHD) through social and emotional development
- Assessing behaviour patterns, contributing to developing intervention plans
- Full-time, long-term, career-focused role
- Temporary to Permanent position

**Duties as a Behaviour Specialist Learning Assistant**
- Working in a Classroom supporting student/students with learning difficulties
- Working closely with teachers and parents to implement strategies that promote positive behavioural and social skills
- Taking part in regular training e.g. Safeguarding
- Building a therapeutic relationship with students

**School Details**
- Mainstream primary school based in Camden, close to public transport & street parking
- Reputable school of specifically supporting aspiring Psychologists, Therapists & Primary Teachers
- Weekly pay - £426 - £500

**Expectations**
- Strong academic background - Degree, A-levels etc
- Prior experience supporting vulnerable individuals with their social, emotional or mental health needs (ideal)
- Creative & empathetic individuals with an innovative mindset on how to take on challenges

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

**Salary**: £426.00-£500.00 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
