Call Centre Agent

Job Overview:
As a Real Estate Call Centre Agent, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospective customers interested in real estate services provided by our company. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, providing information, answering inquiries and qualifying prospective buyers before passing them on to our brokers.
While you will have a basic hourly salary, most of your pay will come through commission for qualified clients passed on to brokers, encouraging you to utilize your communication skills and provide the highest quality customer service for prospective buyers.
We provide training on how to conduct sales calls, what to say to potential buyers and how to say this.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate inquiries, leads and buyer requests
- Qualify new prospective buyers and gather information in line with our Qualification Criteria to assist brokers in understanding the preferences and needs of prospective buyers
- Pass prospective buyers directly on to
- Schedule meetings and appointments for prospective buyers
- Record and maintain detailed notes and information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
- Collaborate closely with real estate brokers and other team members to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
- Stay updated on real estate market trends, property listings and industry regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients
- Adhere to company policies, procedures and ethical standards at all times
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in customer service or call centre role preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in using CRM software preferred
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and market preferred
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Pay: £2,000.00-£3,500.00 per month
