**People and Culture Champion**

At Eight Wealth Management our People and Culture Champion will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment by coordinating engagement activities, events and internal communications.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- **Internal Comms** - Creating and publishing monthly internal newsletter and prepare weekly bulletins. Preparing quarterly and annual company presentations.
- **Event Planning - **Organising quarterly and annual events including venue sourcing, logistics and entertainment.
- **Employee Recognition** - Managing our Superstar of the month and annual awards as well as managing the budget for various treats and rewards.
- **Team P&C - **Helping spread the 3Bs across the business to foster the fantastic working environment we continue to grow here at Eight
- **Additional duties - **Diary Management and minute taking for Head of People and Culture. Running of company lottery and organisational surveys.

**The person**:

- Proven experience of elements of the role.
- Experience using creative software Canva desirable
- Experience managing events
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft packages
- Live and Breathe the 3Bs below

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
