You will be responsible for providing support and coaching line managers, developing and updating processes and policies, employee engagement, assisting in strategic HR projects, analysis of HR related reports, performance management, absence monitoring, administering the employee lifecycle, creating job descriptions and overseeing preparation of payroll information.
You will play a key role in the development of initiatives within the business to ensure the Company remains a great place to work
The role is based in Whiteley, Hampshire and may require occasional travel to regional sites in the UK as necessary, so a driving licence and access to car is essential. This position is offered on a hybrid basis, working twice a week at their offices.
You will ideally be CIPD level 5 qualified, be able to make strong decisions, have outstanding attention to detail, proactive, be a team player and have good analytical skills.
As a person you will be flexible, organised, have excellent stakeholder and communication skills, be a great team player and be very IT literate.
You would have previously worked in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience in a similar role.
The salary for this full-time and permanent position is paying up to £37k plus lots of benefits
