**The role**
The People Team at European Tyre Enterprise Ltd are recruiting for a Communications & Content Executive. Reporting to the Head of People Innovation & Transformation, this role is responsible for the creative development, planning, and delivery of compelling content and engagement for the People Team’s internal communications, via all available platforms and key employee touch points.

We are seeking a creative communications person, who also likes to deep dive into data to join our friendly and forward-thinking team, in which we have a culture of autonomy and collaboration.

The role is crucial in supporting the development of engaging customer centric content, which underpins people related initiatives driven by the People Innovation & Transformation Team, alongside supporting the wider People function.

The salary range displayed will be based upon experience, plus a performance related bonus.

**Key accountabilities**
- Lead the support in developing employee engagement surveys through various channels, deploying surveys and analysing the data from these campaigns.
- Maximise the impact of internal communications, developing inclusivity and accessible content for the current workforce, and the diverse workforce of the future.
- Bring new ideas and concepts forward to develop innovative and effective ways of presenting digital content to address department and organisational needs.
- Help to establish guidelines and manage content production aligned with team and organisational objectives.
- Proofreading of internal communications and policy documents before release.
- Create and edit online content via CMS including websites and landing pages.
- Track web analytics to measure the success of our communications, surveys and other content campaigns, identify areas for improvement.

**Skills & experience**
- Relevant experience in a previous role and/or area of study is essential
- Able to evidence past experience of creating effective customer-centric content, both written and visual, which effectively communicates.
- Experience of using SABA, CRM, ATS and/or LMS systems would be beneficial.
- Good overall level of IT (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner, SharePoint), with the ability to build engaging and fit for purpose reports.
- Possess both a creative and analytical approach in communications and content creation
- Ability to review high volume of data from a broad range of sources, and draw quality insights which demonstrate the effectiveness of communication channels and activities.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
- Confident and influential communicator, with the ability to take sometimes complex of unfamiliar ideas and share them in an understandable way.
- Ability to build strong, professional relations across the department and business
- Innovative, self-reliant, and determined approach to duties with an ability to work and think creatively on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- Desirable professional qualifications could include: HNC/HND or Degree in Communications or Marketing or a social media related discipline or time served experience.
