Exhibition Assistant

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Assist with guest services, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering inquiries, and providing information about our services
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A friendly and professional demeanor with a customer service-oriented mindset
