One of our Academies are looking for a Sixth form Administrator to join their team right away for the next three months.

This is a Sixth form is supported by UBS, meaning that they are well placed to offer each student high quality work experience, a dedicated mentor and a range of support across the curriculum. Their approach of high expectations, rigour and a relentless focus on success means that all students work hard to reach their full potential.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Monitor attendance and punctuality of Sixth Form students using the school systems and liaise with parents, students and the Sixth Form Team.
- Be responsible for the organisation of open evenings and other Sixth Form events and activities.
- Participate in Sixth Form events, outside of normal school hours.
- Support with the successful running of the Sixth Form Study Space, including book loans.
- Take minutes of meetings, distribute internal mail and outgoing mail and order and check stationary stock.
- Liaise with the Administrator responsible for reprographics & reception cover, on all reprographics requests.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, 08:30 - 16:30. You will be working term time plus 1 additional week during non-term time per academic year.
- Significant experience in an administrative role.
- Knowledge of SIMS preferable.
- Knowledge and understanding of child protection, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Flexible, the ability to multi task, prioritise and effectively manage the workload accordingly.
- GCSE Grade C English & Maths minimum.
- Valid Enhanced DBS
