**Job Title: Customer Account Specialist**
**Location: Stratford, East London / Hybrid**
**Rate: £17.93 ph Umbrella Co Basis - increasing to £28.03 ph Umbrella Co in week 13 of the contract under AWR (inside IR35)**
**Employment Type: Contract (Initially approx. 12 months)**
**Hours: Standard 37.5 Hours Per Week**

**Responsibilities**:
- Reconcile stage payment invoices as per T&C of customer contract. Support in resolving customer billing queries.
- Support migration of client's Pro Billing System to SAP.
- Create new Product SKUs and Rate Plans as needed.
- Assist with client's Pro transition to Bundled Bill with FMCC.
- Ad-hoc assignments to support billing and late payment reconciliation.
- Manage and oversee client's Pro Charging customer on-boarding process.
- Creation of customer accounts including the provision of key information.
- Support account activation in client's Fleet Marketplace.
- Undertake regular validation checks of live accounts to verify status.
- Conduct account and driver authorizations for internal client's fleets.
- Action customer account and vehicle deactivation as required in client's Fleet Market Place.
- Support Multi Make customer account agreements and support hardware ordering process.
- Validate signed customer agreements and ensure details are recorded correctly on Microsoft.
- Support ad-hoc requests as required.

**Skills Required**:
- Strong desire to represent the customer and deliver the best possible customer experience.
- Able to cross between technology and business topics with ease and understanding.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and handle deadlines.
- Self-starter capable of operating independently and adapting to dynamic needs.
- Detailed oriented, able to process and organize input from many sources.
- Desire to work in a start-up approach, in an organization focused on agile delivery.
- Ability to communicate sophisticated solution concepts in simple terms.
- Resourceful and quick learner.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
**Skills Preferred**:
- Adept user of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Dynamics.
- Finance or Accounting background is a plus but is not required.
- Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but not required.
**Experience Required**:
- Prior experience leading billing and invoicing processes.
**Education Required**:
- Bachelors degree
