**CONTRACT TERMS**:37 hours per week,term time only, plus 10 days

Fixed term for 12 months. Starting September 2024

Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint an experienced Wellbeing and Ambition Mentor (Post 16)

The successful applicant will have the necessary knowledge, skills and vision to develop, implement and disseminate strategies which contribute towards high levels of student wellbeing at Cotham Post 16. This will include the coordination and delivery of interventions promoting a culture of reflection and understanding of possible underlying factors in relation to wellbeing and/or Post 18 progression barriers. You will lead on preventative and intervention work with young people at risk of child criminal exploitation and/or gang-related activity, building a strong sense of confidence and ambition in students and a firm belief that every young person deserves the opportunity to fulfil their potential.
