**About the role**

As part of the Product Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing an attractive and diverse product and contracting strategy supporting defined passenger routes. Whilst also managing and delivering an integrated and concise plan, based on data driven insights.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring we develop the right tourism products, based around commercial opportunities, and aligned to routes strategies.
- Working closely with marketing and sales teams to define multi-channel strategy and ensure always on and burst activities effectively promote the product range.
- Monitoring and interpreting product marketing sales channel performance to hit volume and revenue targets.
- Working in the route Agile Team, confidently launch and kick off new tourism products to ensure all stakeholders are captivated and excited to deliver our amazing range of unique experiences for our customers.
- Manage, implement and support with o Tour Operator - Dynamically linked partners. Primary focus. o Standard Products - Full Price Products that exist all year o Ancillary Product - Add On’s, TPA’s, Football and Bundled value initiatives o Groups - contract and load propositions to support the group strategy
- Negotiating and maintaining a contracts for route land arrangement products including selected onboard and group requirements.
- Deliver tourism partner arrangements within a structured time frame based on an informed roadmap alongside SPM.
- Work with Head of Product on managing licenses and regulatory affairs (Insurances, package travel bonds, etc).
- Maintaining the successful relationships between DFDS and its land arrangement partners through effective account management.
- Provide language and cultural support across passenger marketing team.

Leverage your extensive knowledge of the travel industry, showcasing strong people management, excellent communication, and well-honed project management skills. Demonstrate proficiency in digital content creation, including blog posts, sales copy, podcasts, and text for graphics. We're seeking a confident, outgoing individual to represent DFDS at internal and external events. This self-starter role is available in either Newcastle or Dover. Take the lead in shaping our brand presence
