**About the role**

Working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, the Marketing Administration Apprentice will be supporting our OBS Marketing team whilst completing a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship

You will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day administration support such as booking team travel, pool car and meetings,
- Coordinating delivery of marketing materials to DFDS ships in the Port of Dover,
- Updating Purchase Order logs with invoice information,
- Raising Purchase Requisition's on behalf of Marketing Manager,
- Proofreading marketing artwork and recommending improvements.

With on-the-job training, you’ll also get the opportunity to:

- Support with ad-hoc marketing requests from ships and port shops,
- Conduct marketing audits whilst travelling on ships,
- Work with agencies to create and deliver marketing materials.

The OBS Marketing team comprises a Marketing Manager, Marketing Executive and Marketing Coordinator. This team runs marketing campaigns to drive secondary spending onboard DFDS ferries in the retail and food & beverage outlets enabling you to gain valuable experience within the passenger ferry industry.
