**We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team**

**the role.**

Our Front of House Team are responsible for delivering the exceptional Nǎm Sông experience to all our customers. In the absence of Senior Management you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team, reaching targets and maintaining quality. You’ll be involved in reporting to senior leadership, assisting in shift management and dealing with customer communication alongside any other management responsibilities you want to get involve with.

We are looking for a full time Team Leader, flexible between 30 - 37 hours per week. This will consist of a mix between day shifts and evening shifts, weekend availability is required for this role as we are open 7 days a week. We aim to have fixed working days, however if you prefer more flexibility then please let us know.

**Experience **in team leading/ supervising or being a key holder within a hospitality environment is essential as well as past experience working at ground level within restaurants and bars. Good Barista experience is required as well as experience in Bartending as we have a varied cocktail menu and serve speciality coffee.

**Rate of Pay** starting at £11.75, with the ability to increase to £11.95 after probation based on performance, plus tronc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.75 per hour
