**The Sales Support Specialist Opportunity**:

You will earn as you learn while you work for RRG. Along with ongoing learning with Toyota throughout the process. This programme targets and develops high calibre people, who are seeking the first rung of the ladder in a career.
The Sales Support Apprenticeship takes 12 months to complete and throughout that time you will be working with RRG’s welcoming team, all of whom are dedicated to making your experience as good as it can be. Many of our team started with us as Apprentices, so there will be plenty of support and encouragement throughout your journey.
**What your day might look like**:
- Providing office support including customer and employee support
- Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
- Researching company data and archived reports
- Keeping computer databases up to date
- Interacting with clients either on the phone or in person
- Answering phones and connecting calls to the proper department
- Taking phone messages and passing them on
- Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
- Collecting and inputting company data
- Learning about the company's mission and available products/services
- Building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Writing and editing company correspondence
- Acting as a personal assistant to the Sales Management team
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Participating in office meetings
- Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
**About you**:
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and travel
- Basic IT skills and GCSEs in English and Maths are preferred, though not essential.
