Accounts Administrator

We are a fast-growing cyber security software company looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our small, friendly, and supportive team. This is a part-time role with 20 hours per week.

AppCheck is a cyber security software company based near Leeds. We offer a web-based product that allows companies to scan for and remediate security vulnerabilities in their websites, web apps, and hosted infrastructure.
We’ve enjoyed fantastic growth since our inception in 2014, expanding organically as the result of ongoing sales success.
**The Role**:
Due to our continued growth, we’ve created a brand-new Accounts Administrator role to help us process the increased volume of sales orders and manage various other aspects of accounts administration.
**Who We’re Looking for**:
- Finance experience essential, preferably sales ledger/credit control.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Capable of working independently whilst being a team player.
- Enthusiastic, conscientious, and flexible attitude.
- Competent in Excel.
- Knowledge of SAGE200 desirable but not essential.
**The Role**:
- Maintain and create new customer accounts.
- Update order worksheet and raise customer invoices.
- Chase debtors, issue statements/chasing letters.
- Dealing with customer queries/disputes.
- Produce monthly debtors report.
- Responsible for maintaining customers payment plan log.
- Maintain asset register.
- Nominal ledger journals.
- Balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting FC as required.
- General admin duties.
- Holiday cover within the team.
