Medical Receptionist

**We have an exciting opportunity for Medical Receptionists to join our Front of House team, supporting the various departments here at The London Clinic. These roles are based in our Main Hospital site and consulting houses in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations) with a competitive salary on offer.**

As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas.
- **Hours**:40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- **Working Pattern**:Monday - Friday shift times between 7am
- 8pm & Rotating Saturdays.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- To provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients as well as provide administration support to our medical departments.
- To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the clinic.
- To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.
- To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.
**Skills & Experience**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
- Experience working in medical receptions or as a Medical Secretary would be advantageous.
- Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Good inter-personal, telecommunication & PC/Computer skills.
