Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all company documents, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with relevant regulations. This is a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our documentation and supporting the smooth operation of our organization. There is also an admin side of the role which will need keeping up with alongside the Document controlling role.

**Duties**:

- Create and maintain document control processes and procedures
- Organize and manage company documents, including electronic and hard copies
- Ensure that all documents are properly classified, labeled, and stored
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents
- Track document revisions and maintain version control
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely document submission and approval
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Provide training to employees on document control procedures
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with document control policies

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Document Controller or similar role
- Strong knowledge of document control principles and best practices
- Proficient in using document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 10 months

**Salary**: £160.00-£200.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Site administration: 3 years (required)
