We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking to recruit an Administrator.

Successful applicants must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Office, and be able to work on your own initiative.

Duties of the role include:

- Providing administrative support to Adult Social Care Services
- Monitoring two inboxes and dealing with incoming tasks
- Maintaining computerised/manual information systems in line with office procedures, to support service delivery
- Providing professional, friendly, and efficient point of contact to people with care and support needs, carers, and other callers
- Dealing with routine telephone enquiries and taking messages
- Ensuring all incoming correspondence is dealt with effectively
- Undertaking word processing, photocopying, filing, scanning as required
- Carrying out reception duties
- Handling/processing manual or computerised information, with care and accuracy, regarding confidentiality and security
- Processing financial documents and data in an accurate and timely manner
- Any other duties as required

This position is an initial contract of three months, working 30hrs a week (hybrid with a compulsory office day on Wednesday), paying £9.60ph.
