For more information about Landbay please visit our website: https://landbay.co.uk/about-us The role We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Design Artworker to support our marketing efforts and contribute to the visual appeal of our brand. As a Junior Design Artworker at Landbay, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Marketing team and collaborate with the rest of the business, learning from experienced professionals while gaining hands-on experience in a broad range of design projects. Responsibilities Assist the Marketing team to create visually engaging design assets, including digital and print materials such as social media graphics, advertising display banners, website visuals, brochures, infographics, and presentation assets. Collaborate with the team to understand project requirements and objectives and add creative contributions. Transform conceptual ideas into design solutions while maintaining brand consistency and adhering to Landbay's brand guidelines. Working to SLA’s to support the timely execution of design edits and revisions based on feedback from stakeholders. Help to prepare final artwork files for print production or digital distribution. coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required. Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies such as AI, to enhance design approaches. Desired Skills & Experience Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, demonstrating creativity and attention to detail. Qualification or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Basic understanding of design principles, layout composition, typography, and colour theory. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict service level agreements and deadlines in a fast-moving industry. Strong communication skills fostering effective collaboration with the team. Enthusiasm to learn and a proactive mindset embracing new challenges. Passion for design and a desire to grow in the field of marketing and branding. Location Position Hybrid working 2 days in our office in Victoria, central London.
