**The Core Deliverables**
- To translate creative ideas into slick communications under guidance of an art director
- Turning visuals into artwork
- Design web screens for campaigns ready for build
- Translate approved designs into artwork
- Project management
- Add to the creative culture of the agency

**Your Skills & Knowledge**

**Digital Design**:
Able to use one of the following: XD, Sketch or Figma

Basic understanding of UI/UX

**Print Design**:
Setting up jobs for print (bleed, cutter guides, liaising with printers)

Expert Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

**Video**:
Basic knowledge of After Effects (enough to make changes to existing projects)
- 4-5 years experience in an agency environment; or similar fast paced, multi-project, deadline driven environment
- Show a passion for composition and typography
- Has experience working within a project team and working to team/client briefs for creative work in accordance with the project timeframes
- Experience of working in unpredictable, fast environment
- Can plan personal responsibilities and tasks, and effectively deal with unplanned changes to tasks and workloads
- Can produce work for several campaigns at any one time and ensures that work is delivered to the team’s satisfaction
