**Reporting of the role**:
This role reports to Brand Marketing Creative Lead

**Overview of job**:
We're on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Creative Artworker to join Global’s Brand and Marketing Design Team. As Creative Artworker, you'll be a key player in turning our creative ideas into reality with your dedication to detail and precise work.

Your main goal is to work closely with our design team, making sure that our visual content always shines with outstanding quality and consistency.

**Measures of success -**:
***In the first few months, you would have**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our brands, our competitors, and the market in which we operate.
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, highlighting your passion for producing outstanding artwork that aligns with brand guidelines
- Collaborate and build positive relationships with your peers and key partners across the business.
- Produce exciting campaigns for Global's radio brands across numerous channels and touch points.

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Artwork Production: Craft and prepare artwork for a diverse array of design projects, encompassing branding materials, marketing collateral, event creative and digital resources.
- File Preparation: Guarantee the readiness of all design files for print and digital production, in strict adherence to industry benchmarks. This entails accommodating various formats and colour profiles.
- Quality Assurance: Execute comprehensive quality assessments to guarantee accuracy, uniformity, and compliance with brand guidelines. Resolve any design file-related issues before the finalisation phase.
- Collaboration: Forge positive relationships with designers and fellow team members to actualise design concepts. Facilitate effective communication to grasp project requisites and expectations.
- Colour Management: Uphold and oversee colour consistency across all design assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and visual appeal.
- Software Proficiency: Stay abreast of industry-standard design software, tools, and technologies to optimise workflow and enhance productivity.
- File Organisation: Maintain orderly file systems and archives, ensuring effortless retrieval and version control.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Artworker or Creative Artworker.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating a strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of production requirements for digital and print.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of design principles and producing artwork for various digital platforms and channels.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering pixel perfect artwork.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
