WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
Basic Salary - £30,000 + Bonus (£35,000 OTE)
Working Hours - 8am-6pm Monday-Friday
Location - Lincoln
As a Warranty Administrator, you be a crucial role within the business and will be helping to drive the business forward to ensure full compliance with all manufacturer warranty systems and to minimise the risk of warranty audit failure. In this role you willlead all technical diagnostic and repair pathways to SKODA and SEAT and Warranty Guidlines, also conduct in house training and best practice coaching.
Responsibilities of a Warranty Administrator
- Assist the Aftersales Manager
- Submitting accurate warranty and goodwill claims
- Monitor warranty reports
- Achieve industry-led standards of processing efficiency and cost control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry guidelines are put into place.
This is a busy role and involves a lot of liaison with manufacturers, therefore strong communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with people is crucial.
Skills and Qualifications of a Warranty Administrator
- At least 2 Years' experience in a similar role
- MUST be able to demonstrate examples of delivering excellent customer service
- Ideally experience of VAG technology
- Flexible approach to working hours, holiday and sickness cover
- Computer literate with good communication skills
- Extremely organised along with the ability to manage the workload efficiently
- Great attention to detail in your work
