As a Compliance Co-ordinator during this 12 month fixed term contract, you will work 37.5 hours a week, you will be ensuring the provision of timely, accurate and appropriate data, from a multiple range of sources, to meet local and national requirements.This post involves the collection, collation, and entry of data, the preparation and dissemination of reports. You must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- To ensure that action plans are produced for any of the above contracts, and these are kept up to date.
- Using statistical results to prepare charts, graphs, etc., that clearly illustrate the information to be presented in reports.
- Knowledge of data analysis and associated software (e.g. Microsoft Office software), acquired through relevant experience /qualification.
- Assists the Manager/Elysium central in the creation of new data collection systems and the development of enhancements to existing systems.
- Provides support to the Elysium Team in collation and analysis of data for surveillance and audit, using appropriate software.
- Maintains robust systems of storage of patient information, results and other data to allow ease of retrieval as required, and also maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Comply with guidelines relating to confidentiality, disclosure of information and Data Protection as per Information Governance and GDPR.
- Develops and maintains an effective filing system

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Demonstrable experience of working within a similar setting
- Experience of working within administration department
- Experience of minute taking and handling of queries
- Experience of collecting data and entering data within required database formats
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of working with systems to support the admin department
