You'll be responsible for leading our approach to developing and supporting student groups to consider and prioritise the wellbeing of their members, delivering training, mentoring and guidance to student leaders from sports clubs, societies and volunteer projects. You'll be working collaboratively with student leaders to develop training, support and guidance that works for them, with the aim of embedding understanding and expertise within those communities.

Your relationships with student leaders, internal and external stakeholders will be key to enhancing our student wellbeing work and you'll be working to promote projects and services to increase engagement with the student body.
