The role
Education & Student Success is a new division at the heart of the University of Bristol, with a mission of ensuring that all our students get an outstanding experience at Bristol, from the moment of first interest through to graduation and beyond.

They will also provide expert leadership for a range of initiatives and projects as part of the university's whole institution approach to wellbeing and mental health.
This role includes being part of the senior out-of-hours duty rota. When on duty, the postholder will be expected to be available to manage serious welfare incidents, including attending on site where necessary. Generally the postholder will be expected to be on duty one week in every four.

- Build effective collaborative relationships across the university and beyond to ensure we can deliver an outstanding experience for students.
You should apply if
- You're passionate about delivering a great experience for our students.
- You have a track record of leading high-performing advice and guidance teams in a complex organisation.
