**About The Role**:
We’re looking for an Account Management Support to join our Occupational health team in Aberdeen, on a full-time permanent basis. The role is based at our office in Dyce, working Monday-Friday.

Working closely with our Account Managers and wider team, you will support the day-to-day activities of the account management team. You will oversee daily, and routine tasks, to support our clients, to maintain and grow their contract activities.

**What you will do**:

- Work closely with Account Managers on client expectations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of systems and reports.
- Assist Account Managers through the onboarding/offboarding process with new and existing client portfolios.
- Support Account Managers in helping manage customer accounts, by keeping detailed records, minutes, and trackers of interactions.
- Arrange ad-hoc requests, e.g. drug and alcohol screening.
- Work closely with the account managers in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Proactively engage and work with the account management team to offer assistance, updates or new features, that may benefit the customer. Arrange travel and accommodation for offsite projects.

**About you**:

- You will have an excellent knowledge of all Microsoft software, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent time management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold the ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively.
- Previous experience within an administrative role.
