**Position Overview**:LCMT London, a leading Apprenticeship provider based in Hayes, West London, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Full-Time Apprenticeships Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operations of our Apprenticeships Programmes. Your comprehensive understanding of ESFA, Ofsted, and other regulations associated with Apprenticeship provision will be crucial in maintaining compliance and contributing to the success of our programmes. Additionally, this role will also involve sales responsibilities and coordination with employers and learners.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and other relevant bodies to ensure LCMT London's compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESFA and Ofsted regulations, policies, and updates, and ensure their proper implementation within our Apprenticeships programmes.
- Oversee the documentation and record-keeping process to ensure accuracy and completeness in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of audits and inspections, ensuring all necessary documentation is readily accessible.
- Provide support in the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the quality of our Apprenticeships programmes.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment with regulatory standards in all aspects of our programmes.
- Facilitate and contribute to staff training sessions on compliance-related matters.
- Contribute to the development and review of policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current regulations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in regulations to anticipate and address potential compliance challenges.
- Handle inbound calls from employers, learners, and stakeholders, providing information and support as needed.
- Submit Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns accurately and within specified timelines.
- Coordinate with employers and learners to ensure a seamless onboarding process, tracking progress, and addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to provide information about our Apprenticeships programmes to prospective clients, answer queries, and assist in the enrolment process.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong understanding of the Education & Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and Ofsted regulations pertaining to Apprenticeship programmes.
- Proven experience in administrative roles within an Apprenticeship provider setting.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for documentation and data management.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of compliance and quality.
