Chemicals are weighed into 100g - 25kg bags, packaged and dispatched, ball milling equipment is stocked, manufactured and distributed.

We are a small business and intensely customer focused, staff have high levels of responsibility and will be expected to made decisions in the best interest of the customer and the company. Work is highly varied, with high quality & quantity output noticed and appreciated.

Working for a small business is unlike a job in a larger company. There is a large pool of tasks that need doing, and while you may find yourself exceling in certain areas, or prefer to take on certain jobs, it is important you are adaptable, and able to organize a busy task load.

Primary Tasks include (no list sorting):

- Manual and semi-automatic dispensing of chemicals
- Picking and packing
- Warehouse maintenance
- Communicating with couriers

Happy working in a small team and with mínimal face to face customer contact.

Salary / benefits:
40 hours a week. 09.00-17.30 Mon-Fri (flexible times possible)

Part-time hours considered.

Pension.

Free snacks, tea, coffee, biscuits.

**Notes**:
Inoxia is based at GU6 8TB, with poor public transport links.
