Warehouse Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our operations team. Utilising your supervisory skills to help us create an engaged workforce will aid us to continue to deliver an efficient and reliable service for all of our customers. There is the potential for this role to progress to Warehouse Manager.

**Role Specific Responsibilities**
- Oversee morning and second run driver operation (driver load out and workloads)
- Oversee Health and Safety - ensuring a safe and legally compliant business operation
- Ensure depot scanning compliance is maintained and completed daily
- Manage the storage and pick and pack operation to customer specifications and requirements
- Complete reports as required and undertake stock counts and reconciliations on a daily/weekly basis
- Ensure staffing levels meet requirements and RTW (Return To Work) interviews are completed and absence recorded/reported

**Strengths, Skills and Competencies**
- Previous experience in a similar role in the logistics sector
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation
- A can-do attitude within a fast paced environment
- The ability to work to tight deadlines and be able to prioritise your workload
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of integrity
- The ability build and maintain professional working relationships with your team
- Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office

**Working hours**: Monday - Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
