Customer Service Co-ordinator

North Oxford Garage have an opportunity for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to work with both our MINI and BMW Brands.
This role is responsible for driving our Service bookings by providing exceptional customer service when responding with all incoming communication channels. Should you be successful, your daily duties will include:
- Assisting the service departments to deliver outstanding automotive customer service
- Receive and manage incoming digital leads efficiently and effectively
- Create bookings from the digital leads
- A number of outbound calls maybe required after initial digital contact
- Capturing and updating customer marketing preferences
- Generate and distribute service advisor job packs daily
- Assist with any of other enquiries which may arise
- Part time or full time hours considered
