An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tenancy Co-ordinator to join our team in Summertown, Oxford.

**Main Purpose of Job**

To be responsible for the administrative tasks of the office, ensuring a high level of support and accuracy at all times.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assist in promoting properties to let via the web, window displays and TO LET boards as required.
- Provide administrative support to the letting and property management teams when required.
- Assist the letting team with the monitoring and progress of references as required.
- Coordinate and chair renewal meetings and in conjunction with the letting teams, negotiate tenancy renewals with landlords and tenants.
- Assist in the collection of all tenant first accounts, rent payments and any landlord or tenant deficits
- Register new deposits for protection and administer deposit refunds within 10 days of final inventory check.
- Assisting office teams with all aspects of compliance.
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors, respond to incoming calls, register & qualify applicants.
- Attend and contribute to team morning meetings ensuring that they are energetic and focused.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum two years administrative experience in similar industry or legal background.
- Accurate and detailed with proven planning and organisational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
- Ability to accept feedback and strives to improve
