Look no further We're thrilled to offer an exciting position for our client based in Oxford who are looking to appoint a Tenancy Support Officer for the 3 months ongoing, at the rate of £18.05 per hour umbrellaJob responsibilitiesTo provide specialist support to the Tenancy Management team by providing an initial telephone response service to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to tenancy management queriesTo be responsible for the inspection and letting of all organisations garages and administration of the Housing parking permitsTo provide an excellent customer service telephone response to tenants, leaseholders, external agencies and officers relating to tenancy management queriesTo be responsible for the co-ordination of the paperwork produced by the Tenancy Management OfficerTo be responsible for the inputting of data collected on to the NorthgateTo manage the workload for the Tenancy Management Officers including liaising with tenants and booking appointments for visits, including Tenancy Updates, welcome visits and mutual exchangeTo produce associated paperwork for Tenancy Management Officer visitsTo scan and index paperwork to the tenancy management digital filesTo carry out tasks associated with Lagan (CRM) service requests including booking appointments, provision of forms and literature and responding to information requestsTo answer general enquiries to the Tenancy Management team email address or redirect cases to officers as appropriateShould your skills match the above please send through your updated CV.Eden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.
