**The role and responsibilities of a Marketing Growth Lead**:
The purpose of this role is to maintain the sales, marketing and prospecting data within Hubspot and ensure all data is up-to-date, accurate and GDPR compliant. You will use data mining techniques to demonstrate the effectiveness of initiatives, volumetricsand trends. This role also includes:
- Structuring data into clear segmentations that support the sales and marketing strategy of the group.
- Handling the extraction, transformation and load (ETL) of data from external source into HubSpot.
- Working closely with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure data alignment with business requirements.
- Engaging with third party sources of prospecting data and group strategic marketing partners.
- Mapping out and identify breaks in user journeys.
- Supporting the reporting obligations and governance of the Commercial function.
- Identifying opportunities to improve performance, streamline processes and generate a greater return
**Skills and experience required to be a successful Marketing Growth Lead**:
- Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role (whether with agency or in-house marketing function).
- Experience of working within a fast-paced marketing environment with a proven background in generating data-driven results.
- Highly proficient in:
- HubSpt (Sales and Marketing modules).
- Gogle Analytics.
- Micrsoft Excel.
- Zapier.
- Ability to:
- Interpret and cnstructively challenge requirements.
- Manipulate data effectively and accurately.
- Present results in the mst accessible and understandable way.
- Aggregate, simplify and analyse sizeable data sets.
- A great communicator who can engage effectively with peers and senior colleagues.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Someone who is happy to work both individually on initiatives and as part of a highly collaborative team.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of how we can use data to drive return on investment.
