Legal Assistant/secretary

**Duties**:
- Prepare and file legal documents as well as audio and copy typing
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist attorneys with research and drafting legal documents
- Maintain client files and records
- Perform administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
**Requirements**:
- Experience as a legal secretary or related position
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
