**THE ROLE**

We are a Global Customer Experience Team who manage the AllSaints customer journey through all global communication channels in our East London contact centre. Our ambition is to provide support and expert advice and always be available for our customer to provide luxury solutions consistently. If you’re confident, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service then you’re just the kind of person we’re looking for Join our Global Customer Experience Team, based in our East London Head Office, to support over the busy peak period. This will be a 3 month contract in AllSaints Customer Experience.

**WHAT WILL I BE DOING?**
- Building and managing customer relationships across multiple channels using multiple systems.
- Using numerous in-house software systems, CRM platforms and payment gateways.
- Problem solving, complaint handling and liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Acting a brand ambassador at all times and following our guidelines, brand values and tone of voice.
- Ad hoc tasks to support the business and department as required.
- Competitive salary of £22, 500 per annum.
- Work completely remote - working from home. 1 day/month working in the ELS office.

**WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?**
- Previous contact centre experience preferable but not essential
- A great phone manner and business fluency in English
- Natural confidence, strong listening skills and diplomacy skills
- Computer literate with the ability to use multiple platforms
- Experience with data entry and meeting targets
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Full flexibility over the 3 month period including weekends and public holidays - 37.5 hours any 5 days of the week. (Shift Patterns between 11am and 1am)
- You’ll need an appropriate working from home set up and strong wifi
