**The Role**:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Associate to join our team. You will work within a multidisciplinary Psychological Therapies team (or equivalent) providing evidence-based treatments for individuals with mild to moderate psychological disorders. This will involve a mix of individual clinical work and involvement in the provision of group interventions.

You will provide Psychological therapies to adults with a wide range of mental health problems including anxiety and depressive disorders. Managing your own caseload within a speciality area using specialist techniques and maintaining clinical related records.

The post holder work with clinical psychology colleagues, and other mental health professionals to provide a psychology service to patients. You will contribute to the service delivery and participate in service evaluation within the area as directed.

**What we'll need you to bring**:

- Possess an Honours Degree in Psychology (eligible for GBR) and a Post-graduate Masters level (or equivalent) Degree in Psychological Therapy
- Relevant clinical experience and a commitment to ongoing continuing professional development
- Have knowledge of relevant national and professional guidelines for optimal standards of clinical care
- Commitment to ongoing Continuing Professional Development
- Excellent communication skills
- Work in a sensitive manner with respect for diversity in gender, ethnic, culture and philosophical issues with a wide range of individuals

Permanent

Full time

37.5 hours

**Location and Working Pattern**:
This role will be based in the Buchanan Centre.

The working pattern for this role is Monday - Friday.
