Your Role

As a Store Performance Manager at Lidl, you'll maintain our high standards through daily operation. From motivating your team to overseeing the shop floor, you'll ensure our store runs efficiently, thriving in a dynamic and challenging environment. You'll also reap the rewards of your hard work, enjoying the opportunity to prove yourself as a leader and advance in your career.

We'll provide a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, along with a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

Your Responsibilities

  • Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
  • Solve problems and delegate tasks efficiently
  • Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
  • Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure shifts run smoothly
  • Provide exceptional customer experiences during every store visit
