**Claims Assistant**

We are actively looking for a Claims Assistant to join our A-Plan, Private Client Claims Team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful organisation at an exciting stage of development and growth. This role requires high attention to detail and experience previously working in a high-volume administrative position.

**About you**:

- Assisting Claims Managers to support our clients during the claims process
- Compiling claims evidence and documentation for the insurers
- Discussing updates and progress with loss adjusters and claims assistants
- Management of our claims process in conjunction with another colleagues
- Issuing documents to clients
- Loading risk information onto the database
- Updating present positions from insurers and loss adjusters on claims
