Your role is to:

- Prepare data and accurately value our client’s homes for rental
- Help prepare clients for the letting of their property, ensuring they understand the process, legislation and costs associated
- Give expert advice at all times
- Close opportunities and negotiate a fair fee for the high service level provided.
- Work with our branch managers and area directors to reach market leading positions
- To create the relevant hand over notes for our administrators to build property details
- Work to the highest compliance and regulation standards
- No photography is necessary, as we have our own in-house professionals

A full driver’s license is required and business mileage is paid.
