About the Role

As a Sales Valuer, you will be responsible for listing properties to the market, gaining market share in your area, and exceeding set targets. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in your area
  • Photographing properties to showcase their best features
  • Attending valuations to assess property values
  • Gaining instructions from clients to list their properties
  • Closing deals and exceeding set targets
Requirements
  • Previous valuations experience and a strong understanding of the property market
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • A UK driving license and access to your own car
  • Organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A driven and ambitious attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results
