About Us:
Tiili is a dynamic and forward-thinking estate agency in Norwich, specialising in sales, lettings, HMO management, and property management. We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales and Lettings Manager to take charge of our sales and lettings divisions, build client relationships, and help grow the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining new instructions for both sales and lettings
  • Attending valuations, viewings, and closing deals
  • Managing client relationships and securing new business
  • Overseeing office administration and ensuring smooth operations
  • Delegating tasks to staff members and ensuring targets are met
  • Driving the sales and lettings business forward
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience in the sales and lettings industry
  • Strong listing, valuation, and closing skills
  • Good knowledge of sales and lettings legislation
  • Preferably Level 3 Residential Lettings & Property Management qualification
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Clean driving licence

  • Competitive basic salary of up to £30,000
