- Consistently delivering and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, room preparation and presentation, including deep cleaning exercises
- Taking huge pride in ensuring the cleanliness, presentation and hygiene of your allocated rooms, corridor, public areas, front and back of house and our service areas are always achieved
- Restocking and replacing items in guest rooms and bathrooms, making sure our guests have everything they need, in advance of their arrival or return to their room
- Servicing guest bedrooms by order of floor/section to the highest standard; making beds professionally following our procedures clearly and attentively
- Conduct a thorough handover with colleagues at the end of each shift; reporting and following up on all maintenance required; ensuring all lost property is returned by following department procedure
- Attending monthly departmental meetings and proactively contributing to support our continuous improvement
- Interacting with our members and guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us luxurious in every way
