Frasers Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our team at Fraser Suites Edinburgh. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by providing efficient, courteous, and high-quality service within the Housekeeping Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all rooms, public areas, corridors, and back-of-house areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Oversee any outsourced staff when required.
  • Interact with customers, supporting all other operations departments during the night shift.
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
