Job Title: Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at Malmaison. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring all guest bedrooms are cleaned to the highest standards, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the Housekeeping team to ensure all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to Malmaison's high standards for cleanliness and hygiene

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but a positive attitude and desire to make a difference is essential
  • Conversational English is required, as you will be interacting with guests on a regular basis
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
