**The Opportunity: Your Career's Next Chapter**

The firm is seeking to hire a new Employment Partner to join the firm in their office based in the heart of London's West End.

**Key Highlights**:
**Growing department**: You will work alongside one other employment partner, and work closely with other litigators in the firm, as well as the corporate commercial department.

The firm is currently incredibly busy and as such is looking to grow its litigation/employment function further. You will work across a variety of industry sectors, making for an interesting caseload. Clients will include media and technology companies, new start-ups and OMB businesses.

You will deal with both contentious and non-contentious employment work, both for companies and individuals. The caseload will include but not be limited to; Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Employment Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
- You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
- You should be someone that works well as part of a team
- Experience in mentoring and developing more juniors lawyers is to advantage but not essential
- Salary and package are competitive and dependent on your background.
